Engagement Manager
Runs the weekly plan, client meetings and the final presentation for each engagement.
Consultants
Research, interviews, data analysis, process mapping and recommendations. Two to three per engagement.
AI & Data Lead
Assesses AI tools, runs analyses and designs privacy-aware pilots.
Clinical Advisor
Sense-checks recommendations for clinical safety and workflow reality.
Growth & Operations Lead
Client pipeline, partnerships, recruitment, templates and our public voice.
