The Engagement Model

Five steps. Every time.

Consistency is a courtesy. You will always know where we are, what comes next and what we need from you.

01

Scoping conversation

Week 0

A free conversation to understand your practice and agree one problem worth solving, how we will measure success, and what access we need.

02

Engagement letter

Week 0

A short written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees (if any), confidentiality, data handling and the limits of our advice.

03

Diagnose

Weeks 1 to 3

Interviews with owners and staff, a walk-through of the patient journey, and analysis of de-identified operational data. A mid-point check-in keeps you close to the work.

04

Recommend

Weeks 4 to 6

Options, a clear recommendation, quick wins and an implementation plan, presented to your leadership team with a concise written report.

05

Measure what changed

6 to 8 weeks later

We return to measure results against the success measures agreed at the start, and to help with anything that has stalled.

One great engagement is worth more than five half-finished ones. Our operating principle
The Team on Your Engagement

Each client is served by a dedicated team of three to four: an Engagement Manager who runs the work week to week, two or three Consultants, and access to our AI & Data Lead and Clinical Advisor. The Founder partners on every engagement and reviews every deliverable before it reaches you.

Expect about one to two hours of your time each week, plus short interviews with a few members of your team.

Safeguards

Careful by default.

Health is a high-trust setting. These guardrails apply to every engagement, without exception.

Health data and privacyWe work only with de-identified or aggregate information such as appointment counts and wait times. We never access clinical systems or identifiable patient records, and we delete client files at the close of each engagement, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Clinical safetyOur scope is strategy, operations and administration. Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians, and our Clinical Advisor reviews anything that sits near care.
AI toolsWe recommend only tools already available on the market, check where data is stored and processed, and point you to relevant professional and regulatory guidance.
Conflicts of interestEvery team member declares conflicts for each engagement. No one works on a competitor of their employer.
ConfidentialityAll members sign a confidentiality agreement. Case studies are published only with written client approval.
LiabilityEngagement letters make clear that advice is provided for the client to evaluate and decide upon, and set out the limits of our responsibility.

Every lasting change begins with one honest conversation.

Tell us what is keeping you up at night. We will tell you, candidly, whether we can help.
