Advise real practices on real problems, with deliverables you can speak to in any interview.

Regular case-interview practice and structured problem-solving workshops.

A written reference from the Founder and, where appropriate, from your client.

Recognition in published case studies, with client permission.

Open Roles

The founding cohort.

Commitment is around five to eight hours a week for one semester, mostly flexible and remote, with some on-site client visits in Brisbane.

Consultant

2 to 3 per engagement

Who: Health management, business, commerce, economics or public health students who enjoy structured problem solving.

What: Research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, process mapping and drafting recommendations.

Engagement Manager

1 per engagement

Who: A strong organiser, often from a postgraduate health management or MBA cohort.

What: Runs the weekly plan and client meetings, manages the team's workload and owns the final presentation.

AI & Data Lead

1 position

Who: IT, data science, engineering or health informatics students.

What: Assesses AI tools, builds analyses and dashboards, and designs privacy-aware pilots.

Clinical Advisor

1 to 2 positions

Who: Medicine, nursing, pharmacy or allied health students, ideally with practice experience.

What: Sense-checks recommendations for clinical safety and workflow reality.

05

Growth & Operations Lead

1 position

Who: Marketing, communications or commerce students.

What: Client pipeline, partnerships, recruitment, templates, website and LinkedIn.

Selection

A short, fair process.

  1. i.Submit the application below: why health, a problem you would love to solve, and your availability.
  2. ii.A twenty-minute conversation, including a short case. For example: “A physio clinic’s no-show rate has doubled. What would you look at?”
  3. iii.An offer with a defined role and commitment, plus a confidentiality agreement and conflicts declaration.
