The Pro Bono Programme
Excellent advice should not depend on the size of your budget.
For our founding year, most engagements are offered free of charge. Thereafter, fees remain deliberately modest.
Why pro bono
A fair exchange, openly stated.
You receive a structured engagement from a capable, closely supervised team. In return, our members gain real experience, and, with your permission, we may describe the work and its results.
There is no catch, no upsell and no software to buy. We are independent of vendors and receive no commissions.

All amounts in Australian dollars. Fees, where charged, help cover materials and training, and may be directed to a health charity of your choice.
Eligibility
Who we can help most.
- Independent general practices, allied health, dental and specialist practices in South East Queensland
- Not-for-profit and community health organisations
- A practice owner or manager who can commit one to two hours each week
- A problem in strategy, operations or technology, not a clinical question
- Willingness to share de-identified operational data
We generally do not work with hospitals, large corporate groups or government agencies in our first year.
